Your credit card details, name, and address, is encrypted through their server, so you can be assured of full protection. Privacy of all our customers is important to us, we do not disclose your personal information to any other third party.

Delivery
hikelight.com.au is commited to outstanding customer service and thus promise prompt professional delivery of any products ordered.
- Orders of over $150.00 for Australian customers are couriered free of charge via Australia Post, Registered Post. $11.00 postage charges apply for orders under $150.00
- Orders for International customers are couriered via Australia Post, Economy Air. We will contact International customers to confirm delivery rate before processing orders 

Billing
Prices are shown in Australian dollars including GST by default. International customers can view tax excluded prices by clicking on the 'International prices' tab displayed above each product catagory page. If ordering from outside Australia, your credit card company will convert prices to your local currency automatically. An invoice is included with every order. Return Policy
Our policy on returns is that set out by the Office of Fair Trading in Australia. Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to.
