The Gradient is the most versatile trekking pole in the Black Diamond line. Designed for all-season use, the Gradient converts quickly from a trek pole for hikers and climbers into a snow-ready ski pole, with a quick change of baskets (a set of wide winter baskets come included with each pair). Moulded cork provides a textured gripping surface for a secure grip, even when wearing gloves.
Black Diamond's "Zero Slip" FlickLock adjustment system is easy to adjust even in cold, wet weather, keeping the Gradient securely adjusted whether you're hitting the slopes or making your way to the summit. A Binary adjustment system allows you to expand and collapse the lower section with ease. A simple pinch-and-push method will collapse the pole down when not in use.
